Learn more about Travis
Travis Griffith is a recognized and credible leader in real estate who specializes in creating strategic partnerships and leading new business development. He prides himself in being direct, decisive and deliberate, while paying close attention to the details. He began his career rooted in the Georgia pines, surrounded by southern values and generational lessons. He values his past and creates new standards for growth by aligning short-term and long-term goals and objectives. From daily operations to how he spends time with his wife and daughters, he is hands-on and intentional with his time, leading to strong relationships and big results.
After many successful projects built alongside Mercer University and Navicent Health in Macon, Travis decided to lift out of his family’s office to continue pursuing public-private partnerships. Being awakened to the potential these institutional partnerships have in enhancing the economic, social and cultural well-being of communities, he formed Argus Eyed Partners. Argus Eyed guides higher education and healthcare institutions that anchor their communities by co-developing projects that promote a positive quality of life and provide a sense of place. Argus Eyed is a real estate development and solutions company focused on making institutions stronger and the communities they are a part of better for the long-term.
Travis has notable Board experience serving on the Griffith family’s foundation and is currently serving on the Boards of Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce and Stratford Academy. Travis enjoys traveling across the country with his wife, Jordan, and their girls, Avery Banks (“AB”) and Mallie, with the goal of visiting and experiencing all 50 states together. Travis finds time to enjoy turkey and upland bird hunting with friends, family and business colleagues. He also enjoys creating memories by traveling to beautiful locations to fly fish for trout. One of his other favorite times for fellowship is in the fall when he follows the football seasons of his alma mater, the Georgia Bulldogs, and his beloved dirty birds, the Atlanta Falcons.
Creative Director
Jordan Griffith

Jordan Griffith is a mom of two and wife to Travis. With an extensive history in sales, she has a solid understanding of what makes successful ventures work; people connecting with people. When she left the workforce and her role as a Sales Consultant for Vera Bradley Designs, she thought she was “retiring”. While relishing in raising their girls, her passion and enthusiasm for creating meaningful relationships and experiences for others never stopped. Travis asked her to join him at Argus Eyed and lead the creative charge for the company. She craves swimming upstream and is relentless in doing what’s unique or beyond the norm. She is delighted to be back in the professional world, working for Travis alongside a rockstar team. Travis lovingly refers to her as the “class clown” of the group but she would say she’s keeping it light and fun!
