Lofts at Navicent

Completed and opened in 2018, Lofts at Navicent is a five-story mixed-use project built on the campus of Navicent Health, Georgia’s largest hospital south of Atlanta. The project’s program features bottom floor retail, a state of the art wellness center and support spaces for Navicent employees on the second floor, and apartments on floors three through five. The goal of the project was to support Navicent’s workforce development and recruiting efforts by offering premier apartment housing and unmatched amenities on campus. The development is a recruiting differentiator for Navicent and is a popular feature of their growing Residency program.
