Lofts at Tatnall was the third phase of Mercer’s master student housing expansion plan. Overlooking Macon’s premier Tatnall Square city park, the project includes student-friendly, fully furnished four-bedroom apartments with private baths and common kitchens. Located one block from Mercer’s main campus, the project is another example of the development team’s ability to leverage a pre-existing community asset to provide a unique solution to Mercer’s student housing demands.
