Lofts at Mercer Village I and II is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use project combining student housing and ground-floor retail. The two-phase development was the catalyst project for the College Hill Corridor Master plan that has successfully connected Mercer University with downtown Macon. The Lofts at Mercer Village has proven to be a strong recruitment resource for Mercer, helping the University grow its freshman class from 569 students in 2009 to over 1000 in 2019.
