This build-to-suit medical office building development is on a 2.5-acre site adjacent to the Houston County Public Safety Complex located on Old Highway 96 in Bonaire, GA. The internal medicine office building will serve Houston Healthcare exclusively. This private development is located on land owned by Houston Healthcare and is a result of strategic community partnerships between Houston Healthcare, Houston County government leaders, and Argus Eyed Partners and Sierra Development.
